I'm usually slow and stubborn when it comes to taking up new platforms and technology. I'll probably stay on livejournal as long as I can simply because I'm lazy. But I'm totally comfortable moving to dreamwidth since it's pretty much identical to livejournal

As I said in my LJ comment, I'm happy to move to DW, but I think moving fests entirely to a new platform realistically speaking is going to take a while, and more so, some fests, at least for the time being will run at LJ and I'd hate to see fandom fragmented, so I'm willing to make the extra effort it might take until things settle better. I think I said it better in the lj poll. ^^

I have this vague idea that a fannish mastodon instance might be a good thing. Just, you know, not enough to do it myself. ;)
